Split Shot Cutter allows for easy electrical arming before loading the explosive segments. Split Shot Cutters are designed for use where traditional jet cutters were not effective or could not be used. The Split Shot Cutter’s linear configuration allows it to be positioned adjacent to the collar or connection and secured by inline magnets. After detonation, the collar or connection is split allowing the pipe to be freed for easy removal.

Drill Collar Severing Tools are designed to sever drill collars and heavyweight drill pipe reliably and safely during Pipe Recovery Operations. Drill Collar Severing Tools utilize EBWs to simultaneously detonate columns creates a shock wave collision, severing the tubular.
Benefits/Capabilities:
Free Point Tool (motorized)
The 1-3/8” Free Point tool is a modular motorized Free Point sensor with dual identical motorized leg sections. The leg section retracts to make a “slick” body tool for descent into deviated holes. The tool consists of four modules, a CCL module, dual motorized leg sections and an oil filled, pressure compensated sensor section.
